You can order these ER-20 earplugs from www.musiciansfriend.com.  They
are about $20.00 or so.  I use them and they work very well.  You don't
need an audiologist to order them.  I also have the Beltone custom
fitted plugs, and these work just as well.  They are also more
comfortable and easier to insert.  And if you lose them you won't lament
the loss of $100.00 or more.
