If you use a kicker, then it makes it harder to get any additional material 
down into the hole. I have had the experience of the tuning pin bushings 
blocking any further material or redirecting it to the top of the pinblock 
instead of the TP hole. Finding a gap in the bushings is a good clue. I have 
had to physically remove the tuning pins in cases where there is poor access 
to the TP hole. Wiping the hole and the pin with a medium viscosity has never 
failed.

Also, you must use ample material. CA has a great tendency to find gaps, 
cracks and anything it can fill. So filling a loose TP hole might take 
several apps before you can tell any results.
