If the numbers are appreciable different after a pitch raise then you likely did not measure as accurately the first time. Changing the tension of a string as much as 100 cents will not change the inharmonicity enough to justify remeasuring the FACs. Humidity will change the A from one season to another because, according to AL, it is likely that the soundboard impedance has changed. Try taking FACs from the same piano, without tuning it, and you will get slightly different measurements each time doe mostly to SAT location or picking up a different segment of the wave form.
