Reaming teflon bushings

Hi list,

Anybody have some helpful hints/insights into reaming S&S teflon bushings.
I've read what the S&S manuel says and have the reamers they supply.

Several of these bushings are clicking on a customers action and I'm due to
remedy the situation in a few days.
