Reaming teflon bushings

If the bushing clicks, you have to replace it.  I've found that when reaming
teflon, less is more.  Lightly ream through with the correct spoon bit only
1 time.  Any more than that and your new teflon will click too.  If the
original center pins is burr-free, then I reuse it too.
