G'day all, I charge the same price for new customers and less-regular regulars (more than 12 months, and I'm reasonably flexible about that...12 months and two days! ;-) ). I then discount by about 10% for my good regulars and obviously institutions and contracts etc. I don't punish my new customers, I reward my good regulars!
