I neglected to read the end of your post. I don't know if this will be useful, and it
doesn't account for inharmonicity.

(intervals are in hz)

m6=ABS({[4*(M3)]+[(8-5)*(P1)]}/-5)

Letting P1=440hz with a just M3=550hz (386.31c), m6=704hz (813.69c)
or a 12tET M3=554.37hz (400c), m6=707.5hz (822c)

in the latter case the upper M3=880hz:707.5hz is 377.75c

How are you determining the other intervals? I'm interested to see what you're up to.
