In any event, resolve (and absolve) yourself from any liability, including 'implied'. The longer version. There's a reason why weed-eaters use nylon or plastic materials. First, it expends itself as it is worn/used. Next, parts (or all) of the nylon strand(s) will shear off in the event the material contacts a hard object. Hard objects may be defined as fence posts, brick walls... or leg bones. Piano wire doesn't share that desirable characteristic.
