Bonjour M. Thomas!

Votre première phrase montre que vous écrivez déjà très bien en français !

The device IS a SAT II and has all the same basic features as any SAT II you
would buy from inventronics. It has 60 tuning pages in all, but is
expandable to about 200 at the factory. Of course, it has FAC calculation
and also has MIDI ports in order to connect to a computer.

You mention a broken button on yours, that was a common problem with the old
SAT's. My has has the new (or not so new) "membrane" keyboard that could
used millions of times without showing any problem.

This device has never been under extensive use and has been catching dust
for the last two years. I work now with the Cybertuner.

The "improved" mention on the ad refers to an extra battery that I have
added into the device. The original battery was still quite good and could
still carry several days of work on a single charge (I had always been
careful to completely discharge the device before recharging it). But to
make sure it would in the same sate as a brand new one, I had decided to
replace the battery. Looking into the machine, I realised then that there
was some room for an extra battery pack. So, instead of replacing the
battery, I simply soldered the new one with the old one in parallel so you
have more battery life than a brand new one. It is probably the only SAT in
the World which is that way. the only inconvenient is that the SAT is a
somewhat heavier than a standard one.

I don't know if I have answered you question satisfactory.

With kind regards,

Michel Lachance
