I suppose I could also "roll" my own, but who knows how many out-takes
would be required before I made an accurate clone? 

I'm not ignoring your suggestion, Roger. I just don't think I should have
to approach Baldwin or anyone else for (perhaps) an assembly, when I only
need a simple part for a one-year-old piano, and from a company that's
still in business.
