Matthew, You need a good overview text. Try Arthur Reblitz's Piano Servicing and Rebuilding available at American Piano Supply in Clifton, NJ. 1-800-457-4266. You may need someone who knows you in the pianotech industry to 'introduce' you to APSCO so they will deal with you. The book is consicsely written and most of us agree with most of it.
