Pin Block Drilling

I've found it use ful to set up a vacuum hose next to the drill bit. I
provides a steady stream of air, (it must be very close), and cleans up
instantly. Kinda noisy, but that's what ear plugs are for. I shape a
piece of aluminum, attach it to the hose, and suspend it close so it
pulls air the length of the drill bit. Then, I take my time between
drillings to let the bit cool in the air rush. A project not to be
hurried.
