Hello Zoran, welcome to the list!

Look again through the archives using the search word "steam". If you
have access to an electric tea pot then you have the most effective,
quickest and most permanent voicing tool this is. Steam, file and
needle or harden as needed for a fine finish voicing.

For hardener many of us prefer a mixture of keytop plastic disolved in
Acetone at a mixture of about 1:100 or about 3 grams of plastic to 200
milliliters. This can be brushed on with an artists brush, patted on
with a paper towel or tissue, rubbed on with a wetted thumb, squirted
on with a thin spout or dripped on with the thin spout from a plastic
bottle (type not effected by acetone).

A school is the very best place to learn because mistakes can be
hidden with steam or hardener.

There are many here that will make more comments along the way.

Welcome!
