G'day Terry, We've had the occasional problem here in Australia with sluggish ABS Flanges, usually in high Humidity environments. The easiest solution is to install a Dampp-Chaser rod and Humidistat. If that's out of the question, Protek won't help, you'll need to recentre.....sorry.
