Kay and Wally: If you have access to a good welding shop, you should be able to cut down the larger truck to fit the smaller piano. I have done this to two trucks, and it's quite easy. You just need to measure the legs of the smaller piano using a yard stick, or two. Try to find a spot near the lyre where all the legs measure the same distance to that spot, give or take a few inches. You will need to cut the sleeves that the legs slide into. Measure from the leg cups to the center of the dolly. Subtract the measurement of the piano legs you made. You will need to cut off the sleeves by that amount. Cut off the end that has the hole for the center plates, and redrill the hole. You can email me privately if necessary for further clarification or questions. Paul McCloud
