Manpower helps a lot but if not I did a Baldwin SD-10 by myself once. You need the truck several pieces of wood and small blocks of wood scissors jack good piano bench. Assemble the truck and get it adjusted by placing the cups near the casters. Use the bench to raise the front of the piano with the jack, one side or both, it doesn't matter. Maneuver the truck under the newly decastered leg and place blocks of wood under the truck extension under the leg so it will not depress when the weight is lowered onto it. Do both front legs the same way. Place the bench, jack and needed to boards under the back of the piano and raise the back leg to do the same as the front and lower away. It is done. Took me a lot longer than that to figure out how to do it the first time on that SD-10, I'll tell ya. Newton
