US Stamps for E-mails (hoax)

The posting by Paul Graeber is a hoax. Please do not forward the alert
message as this will only serve to perpetuate this hoax that has been
around for almost a year.  There is no such plan by the US Postal Service 
to charge for e-mail.  There is no such person as Congressman Tony Schnell.
Nor is there any such legislation as "Bill 602P".  For further information
