Clyde-
I was fortunate to have the opportunity to try several of the Bowman
tuning levers last year at NBSS. I had been using a Schaff #21 for my short
time of experience. As soon as I felt the large Bowman lever with the ball on
the end, I felt better. I was rather skeptical at first, thinking that nothing could
be worth all that money. But it's true.. at least for me. I have had no hand, wrist,
and arm pains since. I expect that Keith will be bringing samples to the convention
again this year. Additionally, they have some pictures on the Renner web site. But
you have to see these beauties in person to appreciate them. Hope this helps.

I am also interested in the custom-made levers by Keith Bowman. I attended his
class on tuning levers a year or two ago, and I was quite impressed with his
input. Has anyone on this list bought one? Since they are very expensive, I
don't want to order one if I end up not using it anyway. Basically I'm happy
with what I have now, but I'm willing to consider other options.
