Yes, as HT pro-ponents say, "color".  I was taught this and have never had a
problem.  The only problem that could happen is the pianists were doing a
piece which called for playing the same notes slowly up and down the piano.

Just do a solid tuning, at the same pitch, on each one. They will sound just
fine when played together. Let their differences enhance the performance.
