I've used it long time ago.  As I remember, it worked pretty well, though
it does take a little practice to determine how to modify the hole in the
insert as it has a rubbery effect if not altered somewhat to the angle of
the balance rail pin.

Also a little practice in needed when using the depth drilling device for
the insert to be placed in the bottom of the keyarm.
