Hi all,
	Once I had a customer who would call me to tune his white Yamaha baby
about once every two years. He spent half the year away with the house
closed up. The last time I tuned it I spent more time than I should have
trying to stabalize the beast and undercharged him. He called me that
evening saying a couple of the notes were sounding a little funny and
did I not guarantee my work? After trying to explain to him why the
piano was acting this way he hung up on me. Thankfully, I don't hear
from this individual anymore --- It hasn't hurt my business.
