Plastic elbows

I heat the old plastic elbow with a heat gun. The old plastic get very soft,
almost liquid and pulls off the center pin easily. Then the remaining
plastic can be removed with a needle nose pliers. Use caution; the old
plastic elbows burst into flames at the liquid stage. (that story for
another time.)
