The designation A0 represents a frequency rather than a note on a keyboard. A0 is obviously in the "zeroth" (really the first but it begins in sub-audible range) octave. The lowest C on most pianos is C1, the start of the second octave. On my 61 note Cameo Riverboat/Chapel piano, A0, C1 and A7 don't exist as that's the part of the keyboard that's chopped off. A4 is always A4, which does indeed exist, even if in a rather general sense on this particular piano.
