Hi Leslie,

One of the beatuiful things for working for your sell is that you don't have
to put up will shi... We work for many customers, some we like, some we
don't. Some times our customers don't like us just because... and for no
other reason.

We try our best to keep all happy but you know, you can't.

Been there, done that, don't loose any sleep over it.

I just tell them that they have been listening to the piano out of tune for
so long they have forgotton what it should sound like, try it out for a week
then call me back if still dissatisfied.

Regards
