Lisa, I too have seen the rare two notch action bracket bird. Never did take time to see if the second hole was a redrill so that the factory could use the part or if it was made that way. If my foggy memory serves me correctly most of the two two hole birds were the outside bracket causing me to get the action into place crooked the first time thus showing that there was a problem.
