Just a thought,
Perhaps in the next PTG survey it can include the question: number of
customers in your data base?
There will definitely be some over lapping of customers in techs data base
that live in a close radius but it would be a good start.

However, if I recall only 30% responded to last years survey, which is
pretty good as far as survey responses go.

There are definitely enough pianos in CT to keep me and alot of my fellow
techs busy.
