Bounced Check!

Hello, Ms. (fill in the blank)?  This is Arthur Sacco your piano technician.
I deposited the check you gave me and and it came back insuffiecent funds.
The bounced check fee my bank charged me was $x, so I'll need you to add
that to the new check you issue me.

See what their response is.  If it sounds like money is tight offer them a
payment plan.
