Clyde, You just found out. Yes, I have at least one or two customers with the very same piano AND Baldwin did have Kawai build their Howard for a period of time. And as a side on the Kawai/Howard, I have a customer with an Acrosonic that has a plate made up of various castings welded together; serial number 374882. The date on the action is November 14, 1946. I was wondering how many pianos Baldwin built this way after World War II?
