Kawai butts and Mfg address.

I cannot find my  contact information for Kawai. 
Anyone have this? I would have bet that I did.

Does one of the regular suppliers sell these butts? 
I looked in my catalogs and cannot see an exact 
replacement but perhaps I overlooked something.

I am looking to replace a number of butts from 
a vandalized Kawai console.
