Tuning stability - within a few cents every time I tune it.  On 12 month
intervals almost totally on; 18 or 30 month tuning intervals as much as 8 to
10 cents.  Below is the service record from my file.

04-01-80: +20 to 50% A-440; spaced 6 hammers; relocated one string; needs
string replaced & second tuning
05-06-80: +10% A-440; R & R action; replaced string G#-72 M&R, G#-72 fm M to
L; tightened screws; eased one, repinned one hammer; aligned 2 hammers;
reshaped several; spaced 4
12-11-81: > A-440; replaced E-54 string
02-24-82: > A-440; R & R action to reglue one jack; spaced 3 hammers
09-29-82: -5 to 10% A-440
04-14-83: +5% A-440; glued loose corner of sound board causing buzz in D-54
09-06-85: -8% A-440; reglued jack for C#=41
09-24-86: > A-440
09-08-89: > A-440
01-15-92: +2% A-440; vacuumed top inside of piano
12-03-92: > to +1% A-440
03-22-95: +3% A-440;
1-22-97: +1% A-440; dusted top inside; aligned a couple of bass hammers
08-31-98: >A-440; leveled pitch in tenor, lower 5 to 10% in high treble
dusted top inside. (NOTE - Need to advise at next tuning I need to shape
hammers and lubricate action)
02-21-00: +3 to 10% in mid treble A-440 , spliced string D#-55 middle, use
staple gun on bench bottom to resecure.
