Samick Wheels Required

If you have ever installed a carriage under a Samick SU-105, do you still have the original Samick wheels? I believe the front ones were housed in something like a chrome fender. The wheels are not swivel, but rather stationary, running the piano from left to right (or right to left).

I have a client who purchased her piano from a school and would like to return it to the original look. It presently sits upon small blocks.
