Watch out! There are three (3) count them three on buttons for most PianoDisc systems I have serviced. One on the power transformer, one on the solenoid rail cover and the third on the control box. I just checked, there may not be one on the solenoid rail cover if it is a more recent model. (Also check to see if there is power to the outlet.) About the worst time I had in tracking down a problem was just after the piano was delivered from the store. the unit kept shutting itself down right after turning it on. What was eventually discovered was that the movers had somehow switched power cords on the unit and the control box was plugged into the switched outlet, not the un switched outlet. Also, when was the last time that this unit worked? Was it working before the move?
