I checked Travis' _A Guide to Restringing,_ and found 3 Knabe 5' 1" scales.

There is a scale "50," which has 4 unisons of # 13, 4 unisons of # 13.5, and

4 unisons of # 14. There is a scale "58," which has 10 unisons of # 13.5,

and 6 of # 14. There is also a 5' 1", #118444, which has 10 unisons of #

13.5 and 6 unisons of # 14.

There are 4 unisons of 14 , it lines up with scale "50"  there's even a 
number 50 raised on the corner of the plate.
