prices for tuning in your country?

Oh, interesting, I've thought it is common in everywhere!
I don't know the reason, but I guess...

*In Japan, almost all of uprights are taller than 48 inches (majority is 52
inches). So tuning on uprights isn't so difficult here, as regards the scale
design.

*We usually do "touch up" the regulation. For example, I usually spend 1.5-2
hrs for vertical, 2-2.5 hrs for grands. (take 30-60 min. for regulation.)
In summer (oh man...just now), it is hot and humid here, 96 degree and more
than 90% today! Repetition spring weaken, bedding screw goes too tight... So
it is inevitable to do regulation.

Of course, I charge an extra regulation fee in case it requires a fine
regulation. It will be $50-$200.
