Hi Ric, you are not alone! Its a conspiricy against those of us outside of
the US :)

The official response from Sandy:

Brian:
I apologize that ther was not a note enclosed with the July Journal to
explain why you received a "copy."

Do to a production error, there were not enough Journals produced.  So
that our members and subscribers did not miss an issue or any articles,
we had the magazines photocopied.

We truly apologize for this and assure you that you will from now on
receive "Real" copies of the Journal.
