What to Tell Owner About Her BAD Piano

Two things come to mind:
The piano owner has heard the same "sound" from their piano since they
bought it.
The owner may "like" what they hear from their piano.
This topic falls in the realm of personal taste i.e.some can taste the
subtlies of fine wines; to others all wine tastes like vinegar.
I've learned not to judge the "sound" the owners "likes" because it is too
easy for the owner to think I am judging them.
