My only interest/concern in being involved in any way with this =
situation is to protect the reputation of the PTG and as it relates to =
the uncomfortable/awkward situation one enters into when I service such =
a piano. I have no interest in embarrassing or publicly reprimanding =
anyone. I do not believe publishing a name would be appropriate at all.
