proper use of PTG name

I believe you are right; it rings a bell, but when I tried to find it in the
by-laws I couldn't, although I didn't go through the whole thing carefully.  If
you happen to know where that is printed, could you let me know?  Don't go to a
lot of bother.  Thanks.
