There are three types of knots that can be used. 1. the granny knot, as most
use and is in Reblitz. 2. The square note which is used when space is a
problem. 3. The sheet bend which is a combination of both above.
These knots can be found in any Boy Scout Manual or Sailing/Knot book. IMO
the best way to practice this is by using scrap, plastic coated, electrical
wire, (copper).
