Greetings & Happy Holidays, I'm looking for a solution for the practice pedal on a Kawai CS-21. The cable keeps coming out of the pedal slot. Is the cable supposed to be "locked in" somehow or should I be looking for a hidden recess on the bottom of the pedal to accommodate the end of the cable?
