Terry,
I couldn't help remember a similar experience several years ago.
A gal called about pricing for piano tuning. I told her my charge. She asked
if could do it for less.
   I said , " Sure, just bring the piano my by shop and I'll tune for 1/2
the price."
Her response..."what's your address?
