ratchet tuner

I think we have all run into this at one time or another. The up side is the
piano gets tuned by someone who knows what they're doing. The downside is,
and I'm speculating, that we give the person who was attempting to tune the
piano a piano to do more tinkering with.

This has happened to me a few times, and I have yet to be called back to
those pianos, nor am I holding my breath.
