Non standard Pitch

Darn, and just when I finally knew the answer! Oh, well.

P.S. I'm not  saying this.....but.....12 cents? Is this not well within =
the normal seasonal change in pitch in many parts of the world? Sounds =
like a nice worry-free extra fee to me!
