why is ptg@ptg.org keeping silence?

Hello, everybody!
On recommendation of Mr.Draine I applied to the Head Office for the status of an "International Correspondent"-- and nothing happened... Maybe their mailbox is out of order?
WHAT I CANNOT UNDERSTAND -- WHY IS PTG@PTG.ORG KEEPING SILENCE?
