Does anyone have info on what a new Yamaha M500 CV (44" Country Villa White Oak) console goes for? Either the MSRP or what dealers typically sell them for. I just tuned a new one a lady bought 3 weeks ago. She said she paid $4,500 for it at a dealer close-out sale. The dealer has been advertising that they will no longer carry acoustic pianos. I think a P22 goes for about $4,000 - and it is a studio. I should think the M500 would be quite a bit less costly than a P22. I tend to think she got ripped off. Any thoughts?
