I tune at a school which has 10 or so P22's.  The older ones are 5-6 years old,
and have held up well.  The new ones are another story.   Nearly every one has
action problems of one sort or another.   Mostly it's been bobbling hammers due
to shallow key dip.  Nothing I can't take care of, but it's been enough of a pain
to make me wish they had bought something else.
