Kevin,
I'm presuming you're doing contract work for a dealer. Considering the=20=

trend that you've observed, have you attempted (or considered=20
attempting) some sort of "quality control feedback" through the=20
dealership, or the US offices of Young Chang? Getting your local dealer=20=

to "sign on" to your request for an improvement might carry some weight=20=

(he should be motivated by the possibility of reduced prep expenses).
