I think you are correct about pianos that are well tuned sound better.  It
doesn't matter what temperament, pitch, or stretch the tuner uses, just so
the harmonics line up in a pattern.

Of course, not every "pattern" is appropriate for every piano user.  And
some pianos sound better with certain patterns rather than others.

I think this is the "art" in our work - determining not only what sounds
best on the instrument, but bringing out the harmonic patterns in the music.
