Hello Clyde and list,

Our patent is for use of a grand undercover or a vertical backside cover in
conjunction with a Climate Control System. Essentially, the concept is
patented. Obviously, being a small, family-owned business our ability to
"police" our patent is limited. Our hope is that technicians will honor the
investment we made in the undercover and purchase one from us.

Sincerely,

Roger Wheelock, VP
Dampp-Chaser

Terry and list,

Dampp-Chaser makes it quite clear that they have a patent on the
undercovers.
Exactly what that means I don't know. Is the concept patented? Would that
make it illegal for anyone to rig up their own undercover?

Regards,
Clyde
