Prepping the Piano for the Tuner - slightly OT

I had a customer who had the Britanica, all of it, on their spinet. 
They were pissed off that I had to move it and didn't put it back on.

I told that that had to remove it to tune and with that much weight the
piano will not stay in tune.

I was never called back, thank God!
